定義：　本品は、脂肪酸とグリセリンのエステル及び誘導体である。この項目に含まれるものは次のとおり。

性状：　無色～褐色の粉末、薄片、粒、塊、半流動体または液体で、においがないか、特徴的なにおいがある。

グリセリンクエン酸脂肪酸エステル　100以下
